coaching year nines

review

we coached year nines and it felt awesome cause we were all prepared and we all the equipment set for the coaching season and my team was good listeners and quick learners so then me and my coach taught the student how the game was played and taught them the rules and then we started teaching them some game play so that when we played we were ready to play

  1. Kia ora Harry,

Great to see you reflecting on your coaching experience with the Y9s. What sport where you coaching? Is this something you're doing as part of a unit or study module?

This is a really strong first reflection and it would be great to see photos or diagrams showing some of your coaching techniques and activities. This really helps the reader connect with the post more.

Thanks for sharing, can't wait to see more.

  2. Tēnā koe Harry,

It's a great experience to have students that are engaged and ready to try and play something new; you must've explained how to play this really easily for them.

Remember to pop in capital letters and full stops too!

I hope the next experience for you coaching is as rewarding.

  3. Kia ora Harry,
Thanks for sharing your reflection on coaching the Year 9's. Good to read that it felt awesome. What game did you teach them to play? What techniques did you use to teach them the rules? Will you get the opportunity to continue with the coaching?
